Debt Elimination Companies

Has anybody ever used a debt elimination company like "Automatic Discipline?"?

I have an appointment with them next week, but would like to know a llittle bit of what other people think, but can't find ANYTHING online from people who've used them. Seems suspicious. The president used to be the president for "No MOre Mortgage", so if you have opinions on that, please let me know as it might apply to "automatic discipline"

1. sounds like a scam..check with the better business bureau...other sources...if u cant find anything backing their legitimacy..do not sign on.
2. you should not use a debt elimination service at all. There steps you can do it yourself: stop charging on your credit, paying your balances as soon as you can start with the highest apr ones, call your creditor up and asking for lower interest rate...google it out!!!!
