anyone use trident debt solutions?

My husband and I are in credit card debt close to $40000 and this is because the loss of his job and many other problems that had us paying our bills with CC. So I've been doing some research and came up with Trident Debt solutions anyone have anything on them good or bad?

1. Just make sure they are not charging you a crap load. I have a friend that owns a debt settlement business. go to crystalcreditsolutions.vpweb.com and see if their payment plan is better. Doesn't hurt to shop around but people will lie to you and this lawfirm is totally legit.
2. Trident debt solutions had too high of a payment plan according to my brother in law. He said they were charging him too much. We live in california. good luck
3. the way they treat there clients is no good, i was in a debt settlement plan with them and i could never get a hold of those people. I say you continue to shop. Good luck
