1. I've never heard of them.
2. If they are a for-profit debt service, I would beware. Check out the site below for a way to find a non-profit counseling service like Consumer Credit Counseling Services (type this in to Google to find them). They will help build a plan to get you out of debt as opposed to getting you hooked on their monthly payments for life.
